Fried fish, salad, and cheesy rice

When your wife says "I'm craving fried fish" and you remember that frozen block of fillets in the freezer from a fishing trip 3 months ago. Add some salad topped with pickled veggies and a bag mix of cheesy broccoli rice, and you've got a nice meal. Not a clean one, or a healthy one, but a tasty one.

Not much of a recipe this time, but I'll summarize.

The fish: take some thin fillets of whatever you've got (in this case catfish, flounder, and croaker), toss them in some fish fry, and fry them up.

The salad: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, pickled carrots, pickled cucumber, pickled garlic, salt, and pepper.

The rice: open a bag mix, make according to the package instructions.

Not fancy today. Add some toast to make a quick fish sandwich with mayo, and serve with ketchup. Only a few arteries were harmed during the creation and consumption of this meal.
